Welcome to FlipGC™ (“FlipGC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and digital asset exchange services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using FlipGC to liquidate digital assets (including but not limited to Apple, Steam, Razer Gold, Xbox, and Vanilla prepaid cards), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Services.
1. Description of Services
FlipGC operates strictly as a digital asset liquidation and exchange platform. We facilitate the conversion of globally recognized digital gift cards and E-codes into Nigerian Naira (NGN) via direct fiat disbursements to local bank accounts. We do not sell gift cards; we strictly purchase them for liquidity purposes.
2. User Representations and Legitimate Sourcing
To protect our financial ecosystem and comply with anti-fraud standards, you explicitly represent and warrant that:
- Lawful Acquisition: Any digital asset, gift card, or E-code you present for exchange was acquired lawfully and legitimately.
- Ownership: You are the rightful owner of the asset and possess the full authority to transfer its value.
- No Illicit Activity: The assets are not derived from, nor connected to, any form of fraud, scam, theft, or money laundering activities.
- Accuracy: All information provided during the transaction (including bank details) is accurate and belongs to you.
FlipGC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities, forfeit transactions, and share relevant data with law enforcement agencies if illicit activity is detected.
3. Exchange Rates and Valuation
- Market Fluctuations: Digital asset values are subject to global market volatility. The exchange rates quoted by our verified WhatsApp agents are dynamic and updated daily.
- Final Quote: The rate agreed upon at the exact moment of verification is the final rate applied to your transaction. Past rates or cached website rates do not apply.
4. Verification and Asset Processing
- Right to Reject: FlipGC reserves the absolute right to refuse any trade without disclosing the exact security parameters.
- Invalid or Redeemed Assets: We do not process assets flagged by their respective networks (e.g., Apple, Valve, Microsoft, Razer) as “invalid,” “deactivated,” or “already redeemed.” Attempting to trade such assets will result in an immediate ban from our platform.
- Processing Time: While we strive for instant disbursements (typically within 5-15 minutes), verification times may vary depending on the asset type, network status, and required security checks.
5. Finality of Transactions
Due to the irreversible nature of digital asset liquidation, all completed transactions are final. Once your digital asset has been successfully verified, consumed, and the equivalent Naira has been disbursed to your provided bank account, the trade cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
6. Prohibited Activities
While using our Services, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to bypass our security measures or manipulate the verification process.
- Submit forged, altered, or manipulated receipts and physical card images.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including FlipGC staff.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our customer support agents.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlipGC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of our Services, delays in bank transfers caused by external financial institutions, or network outages.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
